How we use what you share with us.
What you send us
When you ask about a stay, we use your name, contact details, dates and anything you tell us about your trip only to reply and to arrange it. We never sell or share them.
We keep booking records as long as the law requires for guest registers and tax.
To see, change or delete what we hold about you, just get in touch.
Visits to this website
We count visits to see which pages are useful and how people find us. We don't use cookies for this, and we don't keep your IP address. Each visit is linked to an anonymous code made from your device and internet connection, which changes every month.
If you send us a message or place an order, we can see the pages you looked at beforehand on that device, which helps us improve the site. Visit records are deleted after 13 months.
